About our Organization
St. Helena Parish hospital opened its doors' on August 9th, 1966 in Greensburg, La offering medical and hospital services to St. Helena's residents for the first time in the parish's history.

SHPH is operated by a Board of Commissioners that is appointed by the parish policy jury and day to day operation of the hospital is overseen by our CEO, Mr. Naveed Awan.

SHPH offers around the clock emergency, nursing, laboratory, and radiology services and our Swing Bed and Rehab center offers a full range of therapeutic disciplines to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. In addition, SHPH Behavioral clinic offers a range of intensive outpatient services to meet many of your mental health needs.
